It is funny that so many of the people there are thinking things like that. Maybe one day?

Funny how student protests in other countries are about winning freedom, while student protests in the most free country on the planet always seem to be about...preventing us from helping other countries secure their freedom.

This is a beautiful sight. Another thing on my prayer list for the day!

jill: Maybe being surrounded by a free Afghanistan to the west and a free Iraq to the east will lead the Iranians to question their own lack of freedom.

jenny: Good point. I guess there are some in the USA who take their freedom for granted.

woman: I hope so too. News of the protests has stopped leaking out of Iran so we can only wonder.

No sooner did I write the above when I heard news today that thousands of students are still protesting and are calling for the end of Ahmadinejad's regime.
