This is cool stuff! Would love to give something like this a try... and watch all my friends laugh.
that is a LOT of legos!
Am sending this to my nephew who used to love them as a kid..thanks, Cube
That's pretty cool.
I remember one of my very first blog posts ever was about someone who built a Lego church.
EDGE: This is one patient man. Some of these works are life sized.
Z: I know we've still got a bunch around the house from when our girls would play with them for hours.
BeckEye: Glad you liked it. LEGOS is an awesome gift for any child and a very interesting thing to post about. I mean, who doesn't like LEGOS?
I have seen his things before... truly impressive works.
We had friends who made a big deal out of buying Legos for every occasion... saying their kids were so into them. However, when you went to their house, it was mom and dad who were building with them like crazy. It used to make me laugh.
Ananda Girl: Oh I never ran into that craziness. My girls loved playing with LEGOS. Really. Of course, they weren't as talented as this guy. He does amazing work.

I was impressed with myslef with making a small building when I was a kid. My grandfather put up block basements, I remember pretending I was him.
I was more the lincoln log kid in my youth. Much bigger medium, so I could make a mess much more quickly before moving on to something else.
our big nancson also STILL plays with his when he comes to the cabin with us - he knows his rooting around in the totes is a sound i find comforting - that and he puts the movie "brave little toaster" on - sigh...
Chuck: heh heh. I find myself in your camp, but thank goodness there are talented people like Nathan Sawaya that can take it to the next level.
DaBlade: Showing off with your Lincoln logs, are you? ;-)
Nanc: I can't tell you how many times I have gotten involved in some LEGO creation with my girls. It is fun no matter what age.
