Sue Hanes: I don't think this woman intended for this to happen. She had just finished a Breast Cancer walk and she walked onto the bridge to take some scenic photos.
Apparently her vision was bad and she didn't notice the signs warning people to stay off the bridge.
I jut noticed that she still had her bag during that entire ordeal.
