I'm sure she'll be fine I was always slim until my '50s and then I had trouble losing weight for the first time ever. Menopause. Of course I don't have bunches of trainers to help me along.

Cube - I find that being a vegetarian helps me watch my weight. Even then I have to be careful what I eat.
