After years of drinking coffee I realized that I liked the flavor of tea more and it has as much caffeine to start the heart and lungs moving.

Jan: I love both coffee and tea. I'm just used to drinking coffee in the morning and tea later on in the day. My favorite tea is Earl Grey... black.
