Pelosium 210
From RealClearPolitics.com comes The Nancy I Knew by Ethan Wallison who paints Pelosi as vain, petty, sneaky,
vindictive, having a situational sense of propriety, one who banishes opponents, among other things.
It makes her sound like the Red Queen.
And from laweekly.com's archives comes a 2002 article entitled Pelosi's Problems by Doug Ireland who discusses Pelosi's career "as a classic example of checkbook politics" and her ties to big money special interests.
It makes her sound like a crooked politician, just like her dad, Big Tommy D'Alesandro, the corrupt mayor of Baltimore.
And she will be scary close to the Presidency.
God help us all.

She and Hillary...scary indeed.
As in Prez and Vice-prez? Scary thought indeed!

between her and Hillary..Heaven help us all Cube!!!
I do have a question, does anyone know how mant facelifts Pelosi has had? Her mouth is stretched in what looks like a permanent grimace from lack of skin! It's really grotesque.

I have no idea how many procedures she's had done, but her skin looks tight as a balloon. Airhead that she is, she might just *pop* one fine day.
Cube- I'm going to give you a really bad case of the heeby-jeebys! Imagine waking up in the morning next to that, with no makeup and hair sticking out at every angle.
Sorry, I had to do that to someone, and since you posted the picture...
Have a good night's sleep!

Nancy Pelosi is about as much a threat as a fart is to the wind.
tmw: Yikes! First clowns and now the image of Nancy Pelosi first thing in the morning. I'll never sleep again ;-)
sk: an ethically-challenged idiot who wields her considerable power like a tyrant. I wouldn't misunderestimate her.
She's biding her time... It'll get scary soon.
And thanks, TMW; I'll probably never sleep well again! *shudder*

I wonder how Mr. Pelosi sleeps.
In a separate bedroom! You notice how all the rich and famous don't sleep in the same bed? Guess they're to embarassed to be seen as mortal humans first thing in the morning!

Very interesting links Cube, yet disturbing on so many levels. How did the Dems ever let her get this far, 'ey? And lets face it, barely any time has passed in her new role and she's already showing signs of being a sterling failure as the speaker, which would hardly bode well for the Dems at the next presidential election.
"I wonder how Mr. Pelosi sleeps."
Ummm, with his eyes closed?
(Sorry, sorry - it HAD to be said!)
caz: D'oh! What I meant was, how well does he sleep. Of course, he's probably no bathing beauty himself.
