Now that Al Gore's insipid "documentary" has won him a Nobel Peace Prize, let's look at some past winners...
2005 Mohamed ElBaradei
2002 Jimmy Carter
2001 UN & Kofi Annan
1994 Yasser Arafat
1973 Le Duc Tho
I have reconsidered my position. Al Gore
is in good company.

couldnt agree with ya more Cube..what a dufus!
I give Al Gore kudos for being passionate about something and really going for it.
That being said, I fail to see how his work concerning global warming brings the world peace.
There are many others more deserving of this honor. I don't know how great it is to win a "peace" prize formerly won by Gorbchev & Arafat. I suppose it is only an honor in the eyes of some.
Maybe next year they'll give it to Castro, if he's still breathing at that time.
angel: I hear you.
j.d.: lol. Castro hasn't won it yet, but there's always the posthumous award ;-)
The Nobel Peace Prize has become a joke.
Any more face lifts and we can change his name to Goretex...He is starting to look chinese.
I can't believe they gave him that.
Laughing at JD Gortex and Casteroil!
Have a wonderful day!

aow: Looking back, it's been an agenda-driven travesty for a long time.
raggedy: lol. Maybe Gore will come up with a way of making money off his own line of environmentally friendly botox... Gore-tox anyone?
Let's not forget that Gore beat out a woman who saved 2,500 kids from the Warsaw ghetto from certain death at a concentration camp by using her position as a social worker to forge documents... All at the risk of her own life.
Yeah, Gore is far more deserving. Barf!
brooke: I had no idea because I don't follow the non-science Nobels.
Barf is right. Knowing that makes it even worse political agenda driven drivel than before.
Barf squared.
john calls it the booby prize
and I call it a crockumentary.
