No Clowns

News Flash: Children don't like clowns. Or so have researchers from the University of Sheffield concluded in their recent study reported in the Nursing Standard magazine.

Don't Send In The Clowns

They had to do a study to figure this out?

***Warning: don't watch this video if you hate creepy clown dances***

I've got a sister-in-law who is STILL terrified of clowns.

Ever see this, Cube?

Then again, wasn't Gacy a clown in his spare time? Those kids' instincts might be dead-on!

angel: It's one of those hard-to-believe stories that catches my eye too.

BTW did you watch the video?

brooke: Clowns can be creepy. "KKFOS" was surreal, but I thought the clown from "IT" was scarier.

The only clowns that didn't creep me out were the ones on The Big Comfy Couch. They were sweet.

Duh...all the had to do was to ask my daughter Annie. She hates clowns. Then her sister made her watch that Stehpen King movie with the evil clown. Not good.

I've never understood the appeal of clowns. They look evil, especially the smiley ones.

People don't like clowns?!?

No wonder Hillary has such big disapproval numbers in the polls!

jill: Poor kid. The clown from "It" is my pick for scariest clown ever.

zydeco: Not all clowns are creepy. My girls loved the clowns on the Comfy Couch. We even took them to the mall to meet Loonette in person. She was very sweet.

jan: Especially the smiley ones. They make you wonder what they're smiling about... murder? mayhem? you just never know ;-)
