Chefs served what they claim to be the world's largest cheesecake in Mexico City, Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009. The chefs hope to win a Guinness World Record.OK, with me, chocolate is good, but cheesecake is better!
I guess my invite to this giant cheesecake bake was lost in the mail

Why Mexico City? Why not here?!?
Mmmm. I LOVE cheesecake. I rarely indulge in it, though.
Good question, Brooke. Mexico is such a basketcase, why are they wasting these lovely ingredients?
RE: Cheesecake... you know how the Greeks have a word for "fatal flaw" such as Achilles' heel was his hamartia?
Well, cheesecake is my hamartia. Probably, it's the one sweet in the whole world that I can't refuse.
Put a cheesecake in front of me and I can just as easily have one slice or seven, preferably the latter. I'm sick, sick I tell you.
Cheesecake is - without a doubt -my favorite desssert. But I'm suspicious of those foods that are the 'world's largest' - too many hands in it...
cube - congratulations on your team winning. I saw the last exciting minute, plus 1/2 time.
Sue: I dind't pick the Steelers out of fealty, I just thought they'd win. I didn't really have a dog in this hunt. Turned out to be one heck of a good game, though and I'm grateful for that.
My son loves cheesecake. He would be in hog heaven. I might be in hog heaven too.
Me want cheesecake!
Feel free to have my share of the cheesecake, I'll pass on it and take the chocolate any day :)
