This article from the American Thinker is an eye-opener...
President Quixote's Legacy: Confused, Ill-Educated And Not Too Bright Only thing I don't agree with in Mr. Pelerin's fine article is when he writes that that the democrats will likely turn on "this poseur [Obama] before the election."
There are still a lot of "free stuff" people out there. A GOP win in 2012 is not a sure thing.

That's a great article! Obama certainly is a narcissistic man-child.
Not only is a GOP win not a sure thing, it doesn't seem a relevant thing.
When the Whigs ceased to be useful as a party and actually get things done, they were replaced by the Republican Party.
Sadly, they're now going the way of the Whigs.
I am passing this one along. We have got to get past this "Who's your daddy?" president to someone better.
I hope people wise up, but I'm afraid that they won't.
I disagree a bit on whether the Dims will turn on Obama. Some of this depends on which Dims you mean, voters or politicians.
-I think many are disappointed, some because they are finally seeing what he really is, some because he did not live up to expectations.
-As far as the politicians, some of them will turn on him in a minute. If his popularity continues to go south, Congressional members in purple districts will run away. We saw this last fall. All of sudden they were busy when he came to their state or district.
Some Dems may turn on Obama, but I don't see them voting for the GOP, either.
Teresa: Glad you liked it :-)
Karen Howes: I'm hoping the GOP grows a spinal cord and fights back against the left. Obama shouldn't have had one term, much less two.
