Cat Killer?

Authorities: Teen Arrested In Florida Cat Mutilations

Maybe prison will wipe that smirk off his face.

This guy should go away for a long time, I would take the Bangkhok approach, I'm not an animal rights supporter but we love our kitty...

Serial killer in training.

Hooray! I am so glad about this one. Jay is right. It takes a very sick person to enjoy torturing the animal and then the owner by leaving that mess for them to find. Sick, sick, sick.

Thanks for letting us know cube.

I'm glad this teen had 18 birthdays and can stand trial as an adult. I just hope the punishment is enough to be a deterrent to other psychos.

Golly, you just never can tell by the looks of someone what they are really like. He looks like a normal, nice kid. BUT HE ISN'T!!!! He needs a thorough head examination and a BIG penalty for his evil crimes. Any time someone enjoys the suffering of others (animal or people), they are evil and sick inside and cannot be trusted.

I'm with Jay, this is how a lot of these guys get their start

This would crush me if that was my child.

But what happened to him to make him this way? Nurture or nature?

LeftCoastRebel: This kid wasn't just killing these poor cats, but he was mutilating them & leaving the bodies for their owners to find. He is twisted & sick.

Jay: Exactly.

Ananda Girl: You're welcome. I'm glad this sicko was caught, but he may have had help.

Jan: This kid may have had help. So fair they've only tied him to some of the cases, not all. The police say the other cases may have been caused by dogs.

Jamie Dawn: Ditto. Well said.

Chuck: My opinion too.

Ananda Girl: The nature vs. nurture debate is a longstanding one with valid points on both sides.

This kid's dentist father and lifecoach mother divorced in 2006 and the attacks started on May 10th - Mother's Day. Could be some pent up rage over that or perhaps he ran around unsupervised because his parents were too busy.

Maybe he's just a mean evil brat.

Put him a cage with a hungry tiger.

"Mutilate that a$$hole!"

sickening little sh*t

Gifted Typist is right.
And prison's too good.

I'm glad they arrested this little creep! " An eye for an eye....." springs to mind.

I like Edge's approach. :)

Seriously, you hurt a kid or an animal and you should be ejected from the planet.

When I read that his mother was a "life coach", I felt pretty confident that they had the right guy.

EDGE: Hee hee. It would never happen, but there would be a special justice to having a big cat treat him like he treated the smaller, defenseless cat.

Gifted Typist: You have a gift with words and not just typing.

Z: Hell, we can't even keep terrorist enemy combatants in prison. How much time will this kid get for killing cats?

gecko: It might feel good, but I doubt that this kid will get the punishment he deserves. Like I told Z, we can't even keep terrorists locked up anymore.

Brooke: EDGE's approach does have a poetic justice to it, but it could never happen. I doubt this kid will get much punishment at all.

multielvi: Great point. Lifecoach Mom needs to work on her lifecoach skills when it comes to her son. Here she is advising others with their problems, decisions, and goal attainment in daily life, but her son is a psychotic cat-mutilating fiend.

One things for sure, i doubt he'll be walking all that easy.

I'm glad they caught the sick, stupid little bastard before he moves on from cats to people. There ain't a hole deep enough to throw him in.
