Anyway, I, too, found myself behind the BSG timeline ... yes, the geeky cube found herself behind because she does have a life beyond scifi, but I digress... this site will play catch up and you will still be able to enjoy the end of this terrific series.
nanc: You nut! But you are a lovable nut ;-)
Steve Harkonnen: BSG is a great show. Way better than the original. If you are way, way behind, perhaps it would be better to start at the beginning, otherwise, I would suggest the recap video. In any case, it is a great story.
BTW I'm also a fan of Dr. Who. I'm not sure about the new Who, are you?
Harmony: BSG is a story that has been told many times before in science fiction. Basically, it has to do with a human construct trying to take over its creator.
My son has turned me into a fraggin BSG geek with all past episodes from the beginning on DVD. I am totally into it, but I'm afraid the cool kids will find out. hehe
My daughter and I got SO into this show while she was home from college. We started with Season 1 and got through Season 2.5. I am hooked on the show now. It is terrific! I'm a frakking fan!

cube---i guess i have been in mourning, can you guess why?
kris: I have some ideas about it being politically related, but I'm not certain... perhaps you'd like to enlighten me.
i may post about, tuesday seems to be a good day to do that.
;)
kw
kris: Then I will await Tuesday with bated breath...
OH, whats this show about? Let me find it out first..

must one have a televisual box to envision this sort of program?
nurp-nurp
nanc: I'm afraid so.

I want Lorne Green back. There was something odd yet kitchy about Pa Cartwright being in outer space.
jan: We won't tell the cool kids
;-)
BTW I thought the identity of he fifth Ceylon was a bit anticlimactic. I expected something bigger.
Pasadena CC: I have fond memories of Green's Adama. It was pretty much the same character as PA Cartwright only in Spandex.
If I had to choose one, however, I'd pick Olmos' Adama. His inner demons make for more interesting fare.
