If I were in Rep. Tancredo's shoes, I'd invite all my friends to a cigar party. The more the merrier ;-)

The nerve! Ellison is a coward if he couldn't just knock and ask if Tancredo could stop.
"Tancredo said he would not stop smoking in his office. “Heck, no!” he said. “If he [Ellison] would have [had] the courtesy to say something I’m sure I would have been more accommodating to his wishes.”"
And Ellison's rep? I wonder exactly how "smoke was coming through the walls."
He is a coward. Ellison is a big-mouth who has no problem yelling his bigoted views across the land, but he can't knock on his neighbor's door & complain face to face.
It's more than the smoke though. He objects to the act of smoking too. God forbid someone would act like a non-moslem.
I bet if Tancredo were drinking alcohol in his office, Ellison would call the cops to complain about the sound of the clinking ice cubes.
Sheesh.
i came right over from having my last cigar - they burn better if you roll the ends in pig lard and sprinkle them with a little bit of dog hair clippings...a little smelly at first - but, ohhhhhh, the satisfaction!
