Cat Blog Friday

For this Cat Blog Friday...

... a cat who works for Home Depot.

I post this because our freezer died yesterday and we had to deal with Home Depot and it felt as though it was run by cats like this one.

We ended up getting a freezer from Lowes and no food was lost.

Happy Friday everybody!

Service isn't what it used to be. I'm glad you got a new freezer and didn't lose any food. Excellent.

I linked this post to Feline Friday.

Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥

Cute! Good customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore. Glad you were able to get one. When ours died we couldn't get one at Home Depot or Lowes unless we ordered it and waited for it. Luckily we were able to get one same day at a privately owned appliance shop!

Sandee: Custumer service isn't what it used to be. Absolutely. Lowes just happeneded to have a human to talk to and he happened to have the right sized freezer. It was amazing how it all worked out.

Martha: It sure looks like customer service is a thing of the past and that's a sorry fact.
Thankfully, you were able to find one locally and so were we. I don't think people realize how much money is invested in a freezer. Waiting for a delivery days away wasn't a viable option. I'm glad it all worked out.

We are blessed with a locally owned Ace Appliances/Hardware store that keeps prices competitve and cares about the customers.

Messymimi: I see their commercials on TV, but we don't have one around here. At least Lowe's came through for us. First of all, we were able to reach a human on the phone and Second he turned out to be helpful and even called back. We were able to pick up the freezer later in the day.

Guess what... after all that, we found out that the freezer was working just fine. It was the little switch light that was bad.

Long story short, the old freezer continues to freeze at our eldest daughter's house now.
