Freaked Out Americans Desperately Seek To Escape the News

It's not because of Trump, it's because of the slanted and biased NEWS.

Try to have a happy Friday everybody. I know, it's not easy.

G.O.A.T. vs D.U.C.K.

Only Her Duck Costume Can Help This Rescue Goat When It Has An Anxiety Attack!

I know you want to laugh, but we had a big Doberman female who shivered a lot so we bought her a tartan coat. She loved it so much that she fussed and fussed when it came time to take it off when she came into the house.

She was a sweet, loving dog, but she had this thing about wearing that coat, so we indulged her. In her mind she was an 80+ pound chihuahua and we still miss her dearly.

I don't blame this poor goat.

No Soup For You!

Sarah Huckabee Sanders Booted From Restaurant... On Moral Grounds

As a business owner she has the right to run her business into the ground.

Tell me again why those bakers HAD to bake the gay cake.

Cold Anger

Do Not Look Away - Hollywood "Celebrities", Deviants, And Predators, Continue Showcasing Democrat Ideology...

Has been actor, Peter Fonda's comments are much more offensive than Rosanne's, yet is he being punished in any way by Sony, the movie studio releasing the movie in which he has a bit part?

I don't see anything in the works yet, but there's always a chance that the movie will crash and burn at the box office.

Yes, the power of the wallet can put an end to these foul-mouthed deviants and we shouldn't be shy about using it.

Cold anger, indeed.

Summer Bummer

Unusual Surge Of Jellyfish On Volusia Beaches Sparks Concerns

No, not giant jellyfish, just moon jellies (Aurelia aurita) whose sting is annoying, but usually not serious.

My daughter was stung by a jellyfish last week at a beach in north Florida off the Atlantic Ocean. It burns, you pour vinegar on it and go back in the water. The clutching of pearls is not necessary.

Faux Outrage

The 24/7 media cycle is full of politicians that are outraged over the Trump administration's handling of illegal alien families. From the coverage, you'd think we were running a gulag.

Yet, (FTA) photos of border detention facilities from the Obama-era, taken during 2014, look nearly identical to the ones taken during the Trump era.

Where was the outrage then?

So please, spare us the fake outrage. We have the right to enforce the laws that govern the entry of illegal aliens into our country. If the illegals don't approve of our laws, they shouldn't come here. Period.

Dysphoric Dems

Democratic Congressional Candidate: Trump's Win Felt Like The 9/11 Terror Attacks

This has gone beyond being an Internet meme that we all nod our heads about sagely. This is one for the books, namely The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

This is serious.

Myopic Diversity

Bestselling Author Fired For Mocking Publisher’s Diversity Policy

FTA: Publishing giant Penguin Random House has announced that its authors are no longer to be chosen on literary merit but according to a politically correct quota system “taking into account ethnicity, gender, sexuality, social mobility and disability”.

Yes, you read it correctly, no longer will new books be chosen on literary merit. No writing skills required, just diversity.

Author Lionel Shriver (pictured above) was fired as a literary judge because she brought up the farcicality of this position.

Gird your loins, people, because that kind of foolishness will be ramping up here in the U.S.A.

Banned Keychains

I was surprised to read this:

Popular Self-defense Keychains Could Land You In Jail

A case if nanny state or wise legislation?

I quickly emailed the article to my youngest daughter.

Bag Designer

I never heard of this woman until today.

Kate Spade, Whose Handbags Carried Women Into Adulthood, Is Dead At 55

If you listen to the press, Kate Spade designed handbags for a generation of women.

We all carried her bags, didn't we?

Um, I didn't. Did you?

All I know is that she had more money than God, yet she chose to end her life at age 55, leaving behind a 13 year old daughter.

And I'm the stupid one?
