i love them, too. i prefer the tomcats, because i spent so much time around them, but they are being phased out, and will soon be gone. on veterans day we always have jets fly over our town, they look and sound beautiful, like the american spirit they represent.
I used to live by San Francisco where they'd have the Blue Angels flying around through the city every once in a while...well, not THROUGH the city, but under bridges and stuff. It's freaky! This pic, it freaks me out, if only because it makes me think of Tom Cruise.

I've been to a couple of air shows & I love them too.
They used to show up every other year at Hanscom, MA. Hasn't happened now for a few years. Hoping it will start up again.

I get goosebumps from this picture. I'm glad these formidable pilots are on our side.
BTW Crazy Cruise probably thinks he can fly like that because he was in a fly movie once.
