Political Mints

This summer, the Cube family went to New Hampshire and drove up all 6,288 feet of Mt. Washington

At the summit, we bought lots of souvenirs, including this tin of Moose Mints.

Little did I know at the time, that Sarah Palin would singlehandedly elevate the moose into the political landscape.

For a The BLOG exclusive, I unveil the Republican side...

And the Democrat side...

I appreciate your comment. There are pros and cons for both candidates. I would like to point out my biggest worry is yet another war of aggression or staying in Iraq for 100 years. I think Obama is better on that aspect. As for McCain, I don't feel secure having a relatively inexperienced and politically un-savvy VP.

adam: You are entitled to your opinion & I thank you for commenting with your name.

That said, I find it far more worrisome to think about a lead presidential candidate who has less exectuve experience than Gov. Palin, and who has many links to anti-American philosophies and downright America haters.

Obama doesn't seem to have one decent friend in his background.

Consequently, I don't question Palin's judgement in doing what is right for America. I can't say the same for NObama.

I would not call retaliating against Iraq a "war of aggression", either. It just does not fit the definition. The real "war of aggression" was when Iraq invadd Kuwait. All the terrorism and attacks that Saddam Hussein promoted and sponsored count too.

Cube,

Only a moose's ass would vote for Obama.

Hey Adam, Your Moose's ass, Joe Biden, insisted on, and voted for the, invasion of Iraq. Your gutless marxist candidate, Obama, was still taking bribes form Rezko while the adults were deciding on the war resolution. Biden did not want to be seen as soft on terror in 2003. Obobo was trying to hide his motives. What short memories!

The "100 year" canard (that means bullshit, Adam) could be contextualized by referring to Germany and Japan where the U.S. still has troops since the end of world War Two. That was a really big war 65 years ago. Perhaps you saw it depicted in the all encompassing movies "Saving Private Ryan" or "The English Patient".

Since you spoke in slogans I feel the need to condescend to you as your attention span seems flimsy and you did not bring an original thought to the conversation. Just moose's ass talking points.

I really wish the obama voters, unlike their mendacious ( That means Lying Adam) candidate, would just admit they want free stuff. Our free stuff.

It is the truth.

Oh yeah that's the reason.

Can you get the moose on a T-shirt? That'd be a hit at the nighclubs...

dmarks: Adam's comment read like
democrat talking points. Repeating a lie doesn't make it true.

QQ: Please don't hold back. Tell us what you really think ;-)

lol!

Give the democrats hell, wild man.

If you look at the real animal, it has its both sides very cute. Well, at least goats have it :)
The problem is the distorted mind of humans. In politics that is. And in the case of that campaign, I think both candidates can make the ass-picture their slogan.

papa frank: Glad you enjoyed my little joke.

Z: Once again, I'm glad someone can appreciate a little bit of humor.

denitsa: Don't overthink this. It's just a joke. No different than the horrific "jokes" I've seen coming from the liberals about our President for the last 7 years.

I ask you, why should the conservative side of the political spectrum play by a different set of rules than the liberal side?

Personally, I prefer the mouth side of a biolgical organism, but hey, that's just me.
