Chicken Wings And Chips For Lunch Today At Sidwell Friends
PJ Tatler writes: "After Wednesday’s chicken wings, on Thursday Obama’s daughters can get a Cuban sandwich. Pasco County Schools in Florida had to eliminate Cuban sandwiches because they violated Michelle Obama’s lunch standards."
Good for mine, but not for thine.

yummmaaaaaa!!!
Who wouldn't want such an awesome lunch? I may just matriculate at Sidwell Friends myself ;-)
Yep, as long as those rules don't apply to her or her kids all is right with the world. Two more years and those creeps can vacate the white house. I'm throwing a big party.
Have a fabulous day. ☺
Sandee: The first wookie is rumored to have singlehandedly diminished the world's lobster supply while in the white house. The Obolo's spare no expense (and no calories) when it comes to their appetites. We peons can starve.
They're despicable. I can't wait for them to be outta there.
I always took a sack lunch in the pre-handout days when I was in school. That sandwich looks awesome, even at 6am. Think I'll head on over to Angel's for dessert.
I didn't know about Cuban sandwiches until I watched the movie CHEF recently. They sure look delicious.
George Orwell was a prophet: "Some animals are more equal than others" (Animal Farm).
Cube - Do you mean where the Obama children go to school? Not the obola.
DaBlade: That was in the old days. There are schools now that will toss out food brought from home if it doesn't agree with the fed regulations.
Cuban sandwiches are ubiquitous here in Tampa. You can't swing a dead cat around your head without hitting a cuban sandwich shop.
Yes, I'll meet you at Angels for dessert ;-)
Granny Annie: Don't know the movie, but Cuban sandwiches are a staple around here.
Always On Watch: It has always been true, but it has never been so blatant.
Sue Hanes: Yes. Obola is the most recent nom-du-jour for the residents of the white house.
