They need to take anything that IDs it as medical off of the thing, the same way military medical personnel can no longer wear a red cross, it makes them a target.

Drones are not reliable enough yet. The day will come but it hasn't arrived. They're more of a novelty. Imagine if one of them potted down with your intended organs somewhere other than where they should be.
