Censorship Happens

“There is more than one way to burn a book. And the world is full of people running about with lit matches.” - Ray Bradbury

[Editor's note: Hat tip to James Woods, whose account I follow on Twitter, yet his tweets don't appear on my twitter feed anymore. I have to specifically go to his site to see his posts. It's a subtle form of censorship, but censorship just the same.]

Yes and it's running rampant right now. So sad. I dumped Twitter and Facebook.

Have a fabulous day. ♥

I would drop Twitter, Facebook and Instagram but I have too many people I love that are still there.

It is sad, especially that they cannot see the hypocrisy of their position. They'd holler like anything if their own words were censored, but have no problem doing it to others. Sad.

Sandee: I stopped Twitter for months and only started back up in the last few days. I've gotten three new followers, but they haven't shown up on my profile.

My Twitter account (like my blog) is miniscule. Why in the world would they bother to mess with it?

Granny Annie: I get it. I have a Facebook account that I haven't touched in years. I only opened it to see photos of my friends and family. My husband is big with FB so I count on him for the pics.

Messymimi: As I was telling Sandee, my Twitter account is tiny, yet they restrict posts from conservatives that I follow, namely James Woods, and new followers appear on my page, but don't raise my number count.

Twitter messing with me is like a planet fussing over a gnat that's flying in it's orbit.
