Why, coffee?
Because coffee is the new health drink according to
this NY Times article which provides links to many interesting sites.
In short, researchers have found strong evidence that coffee reduces the risk of several serious ailments, including diabetes, heart disease and cirrhosis of the liver.
So, sit back and enjoy another cup on me.

Just be careful to use sugar/calorie-free sweetener and creamer! LOL!

No, not the butterfly. But I have seen the cream Bruce Lee. That was unbelievable.

I wish I liked coffee. I have TRIED to like it, but I just don't. It tastes yucky.
