No Freedom Of Press For You!

At first I thought this was a piece from the Onion...

Obama signed the Press Freedom Act, a new law which expands the State Department's annual human rights reports to include a description of press freedoms in each country, and then promptly refused to take any questions from our own press.

Press Freedom, Sure. But No Questions.

And our subservient/statist/sycophantic press was OK with that.

Yeah.

I hear the Teleprompter-in-Chief was busy.

Onion news and Obama news are often interchangeable.

That is so true. Everyday we are acosted with 'news' that we are supposed to believe is news. A certain amount of critical thinking is critical in the minds of US residents in order to differentiate between the two kinds of news.

I'm seeing green shoots of journalistic integrity here and there. Last week,Brian Williams reported on the latest Wall Street Journal poll, even if it wasn't glowing.
All I can figure, is that O White House is so far left, they're even "leftier' than the liberal Media. Waking up to what a fine mess they helped us get into!

I have gotten to where I don't even want to know what he has to say... and that is terrible, I know.

BTW for the first time in my life I will be registering Republican as soon as I move. Enough of this hooey!

And, people think John Stewart's a journalist, too.......Onion IS Obama news...
I guess dignity in the media (or presidency) is gone.......when they stopped teaching WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE AND WHY? and the new media mantra became OBAMA IS RIGHT OBAMA IS RIGHT, we lost all freedom of the press, right?

He was in a hurry, he had an interview with the WH media department.

I think Onion is almost more accurate than the MSM. Watch it sometimes and look for what it is "reporting" v what the MSM is "reporting"

Obama is such a hypocrite. He signs the Freedom of the Press Act and then will not answer any questions from the press. He ticks me off so bad.
