Slow Blogging

Slow blog week. Very busy, but not in a good way. My cousin's 19 year old son was killed in a car accident on Monday and the family is still reeling over his senseless death.

Tonight is the memorial service and tomorrow is the burial (which by the way is also our 29th wedding anniversary).

Blogging will resume in time providing we all survive the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

*sigh*

It's been one heck of a week. I hope things quiet down soon.

I'm so sorry to hear that. The death of a young person is tragic and you're right, in such a senseless manner.

But congratulations on the big 29. There are probably people who thought it wouldn't last. There always are.

I am so sorry to hear about your cousin's son. My sincere sympathies to your family.
Congratulations on your anniversary, though I dare say it will not be as joyful under the circumstances.
I will be thinking of you until your return.

And although your family is having such a bad time right now, I'd still like to wish you and your husband a good anniversary.

I cannot bear the thought of your loss of your young cousin. God bless you and your family in this awful time.

Thankfully 9/11 anniversary got past us without another terrorist attack and don't you know how disappointed the media is today?

Sorry I missed this earlier - but know that everyone in my blogrolls gets prayed about/for on a regular basis, whether they feel they need it or not.

My condolences on your family's loss.
