I'm sure there are some guilty cats out there, but here are some dog antics ...

This is our first Thanksgiving without a dog in long time and I must admit I miss the doggy shenanigans.

That's inhumane treatment!
Poor dog will be scarred for .... until he get's a biscuit.
Ed Bonderenka: Biscuit? That dog ate all the leftover turkey and is probably as full as we are. If he wasn't a dog, he'd be begging for an alka seltzer
We miss the doggy shenanigans too. Very much.
Have a fabulous day. ☺
At Grandma's house we had three dogs (Uncle J brought his two), and back home, we have the granddog visiting. Plenty of doggy antics, as in trying to get us to fall over them when we are carrying food.
Sorry for your dogless holiday. I can imagine how that must feel.
Dogs have no shame. Nor cats. Their sniffers are just too good.
Cube, I remember when our shepherd decided the turkey was hers and took it off the table.
We ate out.
Sandee: Yes, I know the feeling all too well.
Messymimi: Oh, how sweet. That reminds me of our Doberman, Maxine, whose tall length made it so she just couldn't pass the trash without a SNIFF and a GULP. For years we had to guard what we put in the trash.
Jan: Yes, I'm sure you do.
Kid: I don't blame cats, dogs or any animals for picking at food. It's the silly humans that leave the food lying at their reach who are responsible.
Ed Bonderenka: Lol. That's out of "The Christmas Story Movie" where they ended up going to a Chinese restaurant for Christmas dinner because the neighbor dogs ran off with their turkey. That's one of those experiences that you can laugh about many, many years later.
