So they decided to commission a new logo...



The new logo didn't turn out well so they commissioned some improvements which didn't turn out well either. Can you spot the differences between the two designs?

This is where I went to 6th grade, the Holy Name of Jesus school in Manhattan, a very humbling structure.

After lunch we'd play on the sidewalk and sniper nuns would watch us from the parapets.

One day a bunch of us got in BIG trouble for holding hands and spinning in a circle.

We had to bring notes home for our parents to sign absolving the school from liability in case we cracked our skulls performing daredevil acts.😱

Deadly Bird

Giant Bird, Cassowary Claws Owner To Death In Florida



Think of it as death by modern day velociraptor*. The cassowary (Casuarius casuarius) is a large bird (~6') that sports 5-inch claws and runs very fast (~31 mph). It is considered the world's most dangerous bird. Why in the world would you keep one in your yard?
