Team USA Skater's Tweet Draws Mixed Reactions After Coin Toss Decides Olympic Flagbearer

I never even heard of a coin toss being a dishonorable thing until today. I will, however, always remember Shani "Sore Loser" Davis.

While i understand disappointment, there is such a thing as accepting a decision with grace instead of a sour attitude. Too bad no one ever taught him that lesson.

They should have put him on an airplane home. An alternate could have taken his place.

Messymimi: Exactly. I heard he didn't attend the opening ceremony. What a big baby.

LL: A spoiled brat with a big sense of entitlement. I'm sure there are plenty of others who would love to take his place.

Reminds me of a playground incident not something for a world stage.

I don't think a remake of Chariots of Fire will feature him.
No Sportsmanship.

Jan: Like I told LL, he's a big spoiled brat with a sense of entitlement. His mind is still back in the playground.

Ed Bonderenka: I think you're right about that. He's a sore loser. Sort of like Tom Brady not shaking hands with the winning Eagles quarterback Nick Foles. Oversized crybabies.

BTW thanks for putting that stupid song in my head.

No sportsmanship indeed. Not the message we need to send to the world.

Have a fabulous day. ♥

Sandee: Lack of sportsmanship is just one of the reasons I've given up on the olympics. Once the backstory and the politics overwhelmed the competition, I tuned out.
