Are Women Penalized More Than Men in Tennis? Data Says No
We must forgive Serena Williams because she is so new to the game that she hasn't grasped the rules of the sport yet... /s
Yeah, right.
Sorry Serena, your royal highness, but as wonderfullyfantabulist you are at tennis, you aren't above the laws of tennis or those of being a nice human being.
Congratulations to Naomi Osaka on her win.

A spoiled deva is recognized for what she is.
And it's not pretty.
Loved her faux outrage over getting caught cheating.
Sore loser indeed.
Have a fabulous day. ♥
Not so serene, eh?
When you get used to winning, losing comes hard. Some are gracious about it, and some never learned that lesson. Ugh.
I never thought we would see a woman tennnis player behave like McEnroe.
LL: Divas aren't always pretty, are they?
DaBlade: I saw someone getting got losing.
Sandee: Yes, I saw a person not liking the fact that she was losing to a younger opponent and she didn't handle it very well.
Ed Boderenkass: Yes, not so...
Messymimi: I never play to lose either, I get it. I really do, but I'm a nobody and I walk away on those rare occasions when I lose ;) At her level, Serena should know that there's a time to be gracious when you lose.
Jan: I don't absolve McInroe, Nastase, et al, & other bad boys of tennis for their awful behavior back in the `1970s. For followers of the game, it was extremely embarrassing. Even though I don't follow the game any more, I still believe there should be parity between the sexes. The players, both sexes, should follow the rules of the game. Period.
Jan: One thing that goes beyond tennis, don't ever think that women are beyond doing the evil things that men do just because they're women. Women are perfectly capable of doing it all and beyond. That women aren't capable of doing evil is a myth. My motto is ALWAYS watch your back.
