Some People No Pay

As if we needed it, here's further proof that NObama is all talk and no action.

Obama Pays Women Only 78 Percent of What He Pays Men

The first paragraph says it all:

" While Sen. Barack Obama’s presidential campaign has produced a television ad criticizing Sen. John McCain’s position on equal pay for women and pointing out that women in America are paid only 77 cents on the dollar compared to men, Obama pays his own female Senate staffers, on average, only 78 percent of what he pays male staffers."

And NOW still supports him.

Bwa ha ha ha ha.

You can't make up this stuff.

The women will probably leave to have babies and become housewives.

Oh, wait, I just hit a time warp.

No worry. He makes it up to the ladies by giving them his charming smiles.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain...

I'm sure Charlie Gibson will ask him about it in their interview. Oh God, what am I thinking? That will never happen, of course.

Cube,

As you know Obama or, Silky, as he is known to the ladies, compensates them just by "being." Thus the 78% is actually a bonus! The men actually make less when the "Silky" factor is included into the compenstation of the Bitches, er I mean Ho's...sorry.

Gotta get used to the new parlance expected of us all now.

jan: No time warp here, just hypocrisy most foul. The dems promise the minorities the world, but don't deliver.

dmarks: Absolutely, and dismissively calling them, "sweetie."

dr. john: This is Obama in a nutshell. Another apt literary allusion might be the one about the emperor not having any clothes. Kind of a reverse about the empty suit analogy. In either case, there's not much substance to Nobama.

pasadena: What were you thinking? Of course the MSM is going to give Nobama a free pass. Luckily, the MSM doesn't have a lock on ALL media anymore... fight the "fairness" doctrine or we'll be silenced for good.

QQ: I'm so glad you voice the words that some of us feel, however, don't have the courage to speak out loud.

As far as "Silky" goes, I thought that was Edwards' nickname, wait, that was "Silky Pony", my bad. I can't imagine Obama, a black man with a job (albeit just a community organizer job, but hey, that's a job!) not having legions of women thinking he is "The Silky One" (much like Bubba C.)

Gosh, QQ have we gone over the line?

Have we said, in these PC days, the 'unsaidable'?

Zing!

Just today, I heard the related Obama ad on my car radio.

What a hypocrite the man is! Surely, voters won't elect him to the Oval Office. Surely!

Dangit, I was gonna post on this!

:)

I'm starting to understand Michelle's utter disdain for her husband... So much for the Dems being for equal rights, huh?

NOW is such a joke. They only support Obama because he supports not only abortion but infanticide.

BTW, LOVE the graphic! I'm stealing it!

That's it, I'm not voting for him.

NOW lost all credibilty when they supported Slick Willie's "pro-woman" (wink, wink) exploits.

NOW should be changed to NOLW, National Organization of Liberal Women. Lord knows that if you're not a far lefty woman, NOW will not be in support of you.

Obama's shortcomings are becoming more apparent as time goes on. I truly believe McCain will win handily. I don't think the election will be nail biter, and I also believe Dems will not get the gains in Congress that they are counting on.
