Go Granny

When I walk/jog my 0-3 miles a day,  Mexican athlete Rosario Iglesias Chayito, 95, is often my inspiration. Chayito, shown above, recently crossed the finish line after running a 200m race in 1:59:45 during the XVI Master Athletics Championships Stadia 2005 in the northern Spanish Basque town of San Sebastian. Dear Lord...

Senorita Chayito would run laps around me all day.

That's really amazing.

Right, phoenix. Abuela (spanish for grandmother) Chayito thinks young, therefore, she is young. We can all learn from her.
